- Message candidates and schedule interviews on the platform, then evaluate your Top 5 within your window (3 days by default).
- Compare blind bids from candidates who passed, sorted by price, and choose. Choosing anything other than the lowest bid needs a written reason.
- Issue the generated appointment letter and manage delivery by milestone in one workspace.
For gig professionals
- Register and upload your CV. We pre-fill your profile; you check and confirm it.
- Add skills, capabilities, competencies, certifications and experience.
- Set your rates by hour, day, month or project, and keep your availability up to date.
- Apply, or request to be shortlisted for jobs that fit. Reply to businesses and accept interview slots on the platform.
- If you pass the technical evaluation, submit your rate. Bids are compared blind, on price alone.

Every match score combines two things, measured for each job:
- Skill: skills, experience, capabilities, competencies and certifications against what the job needs.
- Will: what a professional actually does: availability for the dates, asking to be shortlisted, responsiveness and reliability on past work.
Personal attributes such as name, gender and age are never part of the score.
