2. Information on the Website
The Website describes our services, approach and past work for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.
Prices, scopes and descriptions shown on the Website, including the Solvnex Progress Sprint, are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we both sign or accept a written proposal or engagement agreement, which sets the final scope, price, taxes and terms.
Case studies describe results achieved for particular clients in particular circumstances. They do not guarantee similar results for you.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the SOLVNEX name and wordmark, design and code, are owned by or licensed to Solvnex and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or use our content, name or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.
Client and partner names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used to describe past relationships. Their display does not mean those organisations endorse every Solvnex service.
