A useful solution begins with a shared understanding of the problem. What is happening today, who is affected and what needs to change?
Before building, agree on the workflow, its constraints and the evidence that will show whether the solution helps. Include the people who will use and operate it.
Then build the smallest meaningful version. Test the complete journey, including exceptions and handoffs. A convincing demonstration is a starting point; reliable use is the next test.
