Most organisations do not need a new system to save hours every week. They need the work that already happens in email, WhatsApp and Excel to move on its own: requests reaching the right person, information arriving complete, and reminders going out before something is late.

That is what workflow automation does. Solvnex builds it around the way your team works today, then adds AI where it removes real effort.

Signs a workflow is ready to automate

If two or more of these sound familiar, the workflow is a good candidate.

What we automate

How we work

  1. See. We map the workflow as it runs today: who does what, how long each step waits and where information goes missing. We agree what success looks like before anything is built.
  2. Build. We build the smallest version that works end to end, connect it to the tools you already use, and test it with the people who will use it.
  3. Evolve. After launch we watch where people hesitate or work around the system, then improve it in small, safe releases.

Where AI fits, and where it does not

AI is good at reading, sorting and drafting. It is not a replacement for judgement on decisions that matter to your customers or your compliance. In the workflows we build, AI suggests and flags, and a person approves.

We also design with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind: which data the AI sees, where it is processed and how long it is kept are agreed with you up front.

Start with one workflow

The fastest way to test automation is a Progress Sprint: five working days, one workflow, a working pilot and a clear recommendation, for a fixed RM7,999. If the pilot proves its value, we scope the production rollout separately. If it does not, you have spent a week, not a year.

Common questions

Do we need to replace our current systems?

Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already have, such as email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, accounting software or an ERP. We recommend a new system only when the current one cannot do the job.

How long does it take?

A pilot for one workflow takes five working days in a Progress Sprint. A production rollout depends on the number of users and integrations, and we scope it after the pilot.

What do you need from us?

A sponsor who owns the workflow, access to the people who do the work, and access to the systems involved. We confirm the list during a short fit call before the sprint starts.
